Best service ever!

I have been taking my 3 cars to this Auto-Lab on 5 Mile since Spring of 2011. I first brought in a 1999 Suburban that was having electrical trouble for 8 months. Another shop associated with a car dealer tried to solve this problem at least 5 times. I finally brought it to Auto-Lab where the problem was finally solved in one day, in one visit. I was excited to have the problem solved by professionals at Auto-Lab 5 Mile.

My 2001 Lincoln lost power one day, I was able to drive to Auto-Lab 5 Mile in second gear. It was a faulty transmission. This car has 180,000 miles on it and is as good as new. I am a happy customer.

Ripped Off BIG TIME!!!

My car kept losing the charge on the battery. Bought a new battery from Pep Boys. Week later same problem. Went back to Pep Boys they gave me a new battery and said they checked and everything was working properly. Week later same thing. Took the car to Auto Lab 5 Mile in Livonia. They did diagnostics and said it was the computer module. $1100 repair. Had the repair done. Two days later same thing. Took it back and they said it was the iginition starter and wanted and additional $350 to fix. I said NO! I had to have it towed to Auto Lab and then they charged it up so I could drive it to Belle Tire (Westland). Auto Lab charged me $90 (around that) for the tow and charge. Belle Tire did the iginition starter for a little less more $100. They also said that the iginition starter was probably the problem in the first place. I will be reporting to the Attorney General also. Beware when it comes to electrical problems and going to Auto Lab !!!!
