Only the Best!. The technicians are sharp and very quick and friendly. I was referred by a neighbor and am happy I called Reckingers. They were knowledgable and didn't leave a mess. The heating problem was fixed within a half an hour and my house was warm again. They are the only company I will call for this type of service. Thanks Reckingers!

JUST AWFUL. Barely deserving of the single star. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and was told I would be the first customer of the day. I reconfirmed the evening prior and was told I would be called at 9am. Later in the day I was told before noon, then 3, then finally was told they would be another 1 1.2 hours at 5:30 pm. Rude and unreliable.

Such a Great Place of Business. This business/company took the time to understand my needs when other companies never did. I was concerned that my air conditioner was ready to stop working because it was old and loud. Reckingers listened to me and then diagnosed a small problem, fixed it, and charged me a minimal fee. Another company I had out before them tried to tell me that my air conditioner was no good anymore and unfixable, they lied. I even got a friendly follow-up call from Reckingers. Lets just say I am very pleased with this company and will only use them for my furnace and air conditioner needs. Thanks Reckingers.

Very Experienced Company. This company came to my rescue! My air conditioner was not working and reckingers came out and knew exactly what the problem was when another company didn't. The guy who came out was so nice and professional and especially knew how to do his job. He even offered me a discount plan and coupons for future services. I am so happy I called this company.

Excellent quality service. Reckingers has excellent service and their technicians are very knowledgable and polite. I had another company come to my home and they told me my Air conditioner failed and I called reckingers who came out fast and within minutes told me it was the capacitator and made the repair which didnt cost me much money at all. GREAT COMPANY, WONDERFUL SERVICE, FULL OF KNOWLEDGE, AWESOME STAFF, EXCELLENT PRICES, VERY PROFESSIONAL, GIVE THEM A CALL. TRUST ME!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Very overpriced for poor quality products and labor. We purchased a Trane furnance from this company 4 years ago. Our heat went out 5 days ago, so we called Reckinger's 24 hour service at 7 in the morning when we woke up freezing. Three hours later someone finally called back and told us a service man would call within the hour. Two hours later, as we were just about to call another company, the service man called. He came an hour later did about 15 min. of work, including rewiring the gas valve, and charged us $145. Our heat went out again last night. We called a different company. Apparently the gas valve is shot, but should be covered under a 5 year warranty (how did the Reckinger guy not notice this in the first place?). We were advised to call Reckinger since the furnace was purchased from them. First the woman said no one could come out today (what happened to the 24 hour service?) and that the part was probably not covered because we had not had Reckinger do regular maintenance. We are having another company do the work for a fraction of the cost and they were able to pick up the part from Trane because it was still covered under the warranty.

Again avoid Reckinger at all costs. There are many less expensive and more honest heating and cooling companies in the area.

Call this Company. Call this company for any of your heating & cooling needs. I will recommend them because they are indeed the best. They get the job done and in a good timely manner.

Quality. These guys installed my furnace. They were the best choice for the work and the best price compared to several others. My furnace is quiet and keeps my family comfortable thanks to Reckingers quality work.

Excellent Company. It's good to know an honest and dependable heating company, and its nearby too. I have personally talked with the staff in the office and used their service as well. They are all great people and run a darn good company.
