Reply to 5uper4angry. The customer is CarZ Auto. They purchased an extended warranty on a motor they purchased in September. In January the motor was returned. We did not have another one in stock. We tried to buy another one, but could not buy one. We returned their money which is an option, on our warranty. They were very mad that we did not have another one to provide them with. The warranty states: "we will either repair the part, or replace it with another used one or give you your money back (whichever we deem best)." We gave them their money back, because it was our only option.…
Do not get in business with this company. FRAUD is written all over this business!!! pay the membership you order the parts and they don't have'em in the stock you basically paying money for nothing you lose the customer and they keep the money. BE CAREFULL…
Awesome!!. I bought an engine about three weeks ago with a lifetime warranty and they even have financing, (never thought i would see that) The lady that helped me was so nice and understanding about my budget. she had the engine i needed right there. I had to order it and come back the next day for it but it was worth it, i waiting to post anything cause i bought the same engine from another yard downriver and it was junk so needless to say I am VERY happy this one is good and warrantied!!!…
