My spouse and I both ride. We brought the first bike in for service and when it came back several screws that the shop taken out to do the work were not put back in. The secord bike was brought in and the very same day we picked it up, we had a problem with part that was repaired.

Best shop I've ever had work on my bike. Despite riding bikes for about 30 years, I know next to nothing about them barring simple maintenance. CC does the work on my bike quickly, thoroughly, and when they explain things to me they don't make me feel like the idiot I know I am. Found them by accident and won't go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone, they're great.
