Real Results Pilates in St. Clair Shores has worked miracles for me. I had Fibromyalgia, malaligned joints, foot pain and was off the fat measurement scales. Can't say enough about the instructors there, eapecially Melissa, who is really knowledgeable about anatomy and how the body works. She is understanding, but firm. The owners have been written up several times for their skills and knowledge in the field. I've lost almost 20 pounds and regained my figure and never broke a sweat.
Pros: Friendliness, parking, accessibility, cleanliness
Cons: pricey
