I disagree with the review before this one. Really I think that the person is a competitor and would only like to make things harder for Synergy. One case doesnt mean that the entire company should be cinsidered useless. There are many companies that have communication gaps because of one reason, or another. Take IME companies for instance. They have to make sure that their doctors write the best reports possible or they will never get used again. One case shouldnt make it so the client gives up on them. Communication is a two way street. Adjusters are being picker about how things are done and I dont blame them. However, they too have to be responsible for the work that they do on the file and if they goof up, admit it. Case management is needed and Synergy does provide the kind of service that all of us need. I will continue to use them as they have been awesome to me as I have been to them.

Coordination of care, client/customer/vendor relations are strong and professional. Interactions with company management, nursing staff, and reception are always pleasant and professional. Follow-ups within 24 hours. Certified, Registered Nurses are available statewide and include a nationwide vendor network providing out of state services. Efficient/proficient/reliable business staff complements adept/caring/effective nursing staff.

Synergy is a professional case management firm that provides cost effecient and timely services to its customers. Many tenured, professional nurse case managers are on staff to coordinate care for its clients. Postings from cameo9 and shar7707 seem to be directed towards personal business matters rather than comments about actual service, continuity and quality of care. As a customer, I have been very happy with the professional, timely, analytical case management services that have been provided. In a realm of business that can be very costly, I find that Synergy has captured the essence of case management and they deliver it in a professional, business savvy, functional manner. I highly recommend Synergy Rehabilitation Systems for case management and coordintation.
