Cafe Sushi is located in a strip mall. It looks like a hole in the wall until you enter the restaurant. I was pleasantly suprised by the decor and ambience. The restaurant is very modern looking and a good place to take a date. The service is very prompt and our waitress was very helpful with our sushi selection. The sushi is pretty good and their entrees are very diverse. I would definately recommend this place!
Pros: Helpful waitstaff, nice decor, very good food

Cafe Sushi is the BEST sushi restaurant in the Detroit area. It is clean, friendly, and amazing food, too bad most people over look it. It has a slight sense of romanticism. The Roma roll and the Max roll are baked with an dynamite sauce that is out of this world. Cheers to Cafe Sushi!

The food was not bad but it wasn't great sushi either. The atmosphere was very enviting. I had excelent service. For the overall feel and look of the place it was very enviting, but the fodd is just average.
Pros: atmosphere
Cons: just o.k. food

Cafe Sushi is a welcome surprise. The atmosphere is semi-sophisticated but comfortable with a nice staff. Most are polite and helpful. The sushi is more pricey than Noble Fish, but the portions larger and taste fresher. Its location in an awkward Troy shopping complex kept me away initially but once inside you can easily forget about that. Check it out. I don't think you'll be disapointed.
Pros: atmosphere, quality of Sushi, staff
Cons: , strip mall location

It's not often you stumble upon a restaurant that makes you excited to eat there more often. I traveled out down Maple Rd. the other day, on the way to Birmingham, and stumbled, literally, into Cafe Sushi. It feels good, tastes good, and is overall a great place to sip wine and chat. I recommend it, even if the prices are higher, there is a reason, and that is CLASS.
Pros: Great Chefs, Beautiful Ambience, Delicious Sushi
Cons: Strange Foods, Little Expensive, Sometimes Crowded
