I needed cash quick! My home was foreclosing on me this upcoming spring and I needed to pay back taxes from 2004. I have talked to so many Mortage Brokers before, no one could help, they said my credit was'nt good enough to get the financing I needed. They were wrong- Leanne LeBeau within 2 weeks was able to give me the money I needed to pay off the taxes and now I have a home to live in! She put me on a program with an escrow account so I would never have to deal with having my home almost slip away ever again.
