Jessie and her staff are the most professional group of people I've ever met. Any time I need anything, they are more then willing to help me out. Whether it be my cranky old dog, Belza, or my fiesty little kitten, Sebastian, Her staff always does a great job. I truely appreciate her amazing service. Thanks Jessie.

Jessie and the entire staff are awesome. They have taken such good care on my dog. I have an old english sheepdog with bad hips and they always keep her safe from injury. We have been unable to crate train Billie Jean, but when Jessie asks her to go into her cage and wait her turn to be groomed, Billie Jean goes right in and is happy to do it. It's amazing. When shopping around for a groomer, every place I went into smelled, especially like urine, Pet Spa always looks clean and smells great. They are very friendly and professional. I appreciate them so much. They seem to really care about the animals in their care and that makes me feel comfortable leaving part of my family in their hands. Thank you Jessie and all the employees at Pet Spa.

Pet Spa is the best grooming salon I have ever been to. After have a terrible experience at a groomer in Canton, Pet Spa was reccomended to us by a friend. I took our yorkie, Owen, there and have been a customer since. My husband and I always feel comfortable leaving our "baby" there and know that when we pick him up he will be groomed exactly as we asked. We really like that customers can see into the grooming area (several groomers that we have been to, customers cannot see into the grooming area). Jessie is always so kind to Owen and Pet Spa has very reasonable prices ~ which is nice when our dog needs grooming every six weeks! We have recommended Pet Spa to several of our pet owning friends and recommend Pet Spa to YOU!

Pet Spa is a wonderful grooming facility. I have a Lhasa Apso that requires some special treatment and I always know that he is well taken care of when he visits the Pet Spa. Buster says thank you and so does his mom. I would recommend the Pet Spa to all pet owners, espcially those that want only the best for their pets. The spa is reasonable and the quality of care if superior. Thank you to everyone how works at the spa and keep up the good work.

I love Pet Spa as much as my dogs do!! I am always promptly greeted and my dogs are treated like they are one of the family. I have a VERY active Cockapoo and they are always very patient and caring with him. He also gets a lot of matts in his coat and they always manage to make him look good. I also have a large Husky mix who is rather timid and unsure around most people, but he took to the staff right away and when I pick him he looks and feels SO nice. This is my first experience taking my pets to a groomer and I will NEVER go back to washing my dogs at home again! I never seemed to be able to get my dogs as clean and hair free as they do. It would take me a whole day to do what the staff at Pet Spa can do in a couple of hours and I don't have to clean up the mess! They are very thorough and always go the extra mile to make my dogs look and smell their best. Also, the rates are very reasonable compared to the other shops that I called around to. They are as affectionate with my dogs as I am which always puts me at ease when I drop them off to be groomed. Keep up the great work. I recommend you to everyone!

I highly recommend Pet Spa Grooming to anyone who requires excellent grooming, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and reasonable rates. My Vet (Salem Veterinary Services) has always asked who grooms my dogs as they are very impressed with the quality of their services.

Our Olde English Sheepdog loves the Pet spa! Always looks fantastic when we pick her up! Great people work there and they do excellant work. Highly recommended!!!!!! Billie Jean goes at least once a month and gets excited to be there. Friendly ,Professional, and the best around!!!!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pet Spa Grooming. This is my first experience with having a dog that needs regular grooming. My dog is very shy and very timid around anyone but our family. I always feel very comfortable dropping her off because I know that she is treated very well while she is there. She always looks fantastic when I pick her up. Pet Spa Grooming is truly a very caring and professional establishment. I always recommend them to anyone who mentions they are looking for a Great Groomer.

I LOVE taking my dogs to Pet Spa. They enjoy going their and look amazing when I pick them up. My somewhat overactive German Shephard enjoys the people and experience of being groomed just as much as my laid-back Collie. The staff knows my dogs, their likes, their needs and ALWAYS makes sure they are well cared for. I also appreciate the fact that the owner will make every attempt to accommodate me, even when I wait till the last minute to call for an appointment. Thanks Pet Spa!! My dogs have never looked better.
