I recently was in the Rochester store, well, about ten minutes ago. I use citysearch to make commenst like the following for readers like you. After walking in, I got a chance to wlak around and check out the new Arcteryx stuff. After finding two jackets I liked, one of the employees, I think his name was Alan, began explaining in great detail the differences and uses for each one. We talked about trips, good times, great music, and also the jacket. To get a personable experience like this is unheard of nowadays, Moosejaw has a customer for life!
