I have been to this Moosejaw store a number of times (I live around the corner) and simply cannot agree with the other reviews. The store is poorly organized and maintained. Open boxes and loose merchandise litter the store. The selection is not that great and everythiong is overpriced. Anything that I do find there that I like can be had online for 25-35% less. The salepeople are not attentive or particularly helpful. Usually an outfitters will have experienced salepeople who use the products they are selling, but that is not true at this Moosejaw. While the other reviews place a level of importance on the attractiveness of the salepeople and the music, as far as value, clenliness, and insight are concerned this place is a thumbs-down.
Pros: None
Cons: Overpriced, cluttered, poor customer service

I love Moosejaw, I bought a Northface jacket from the online store and I am very happy with the quality. Not to mention the price. I saved money, and that makes me happy.
Pros: great customer service

EYEYEYEYEYE... What can I say.. I can't imagine my life without this store. The music they listen to alone is quite possibly the most impressive selection I have ever heard with the staff that I feel like I've known them all for years!

You guys hands down have the best looking staff in Chicago. I love going in there to buy Moosejaw tee's for any types of gifts that I have to buy. Keep up the great work. What a little treat for the city of Lincoln Park.
