I love this place!!. The first time i came here i loved the ambiance and the decor. I ordered franks french toast which is filled with goodness-the house patato-the cheese grits (which are sooo good)-and last but not least the pork chop with pecan waffles-i love their food-a lil pricey-but when money looks right for me i go and dine at the Detroit Breakfast House and Grill :-) :-) :-)…
Editorial Review. Upscale breakfast spot's three unique dining areas each sport their own motif. Boardrooms available for business; plasma TVs for pleasure.
decor is the only this place has thats worth the trip. fair service, over priced. upon arriving at the detroit breakfast house, i was throughly ecstatic. the walls, ceiling, and lighting were awesome! i couldn't wait to try the food. i opted for the salmon eggs benidict. sounded good. to my dismay, it arrived forty-some minutes later and cold. non-toasted english muffins to boot. nothing is worse than raw muffin. happy for the buisness boom in downtown d. sad i ever ate at the detroit b-fast house. oh yeah...coffee cost 2 something for a half cup. and it comes cold also.…
