I had a facial at the Franklin Spa and it was the best one that I have ever had. My sister and I both live out of town and will get services here any time we are in the area. I live in Las Vegas and some of the spas in town are like factories. This place is quaint, pleasant, and relaxing. I had a mini massage and a manicure also and loved them both. The town of Franklin is very unique and made me homesick for the Midwest.

I recently booked a spa day at the Franklin Spa for myself and four of my employees as a reward for their hard work. We had a terrific time, The spa is beautiful, very clean and extremely relaxing. The charming downtown Franklin location is perfect. The interior has cute little works of art that really appeal to the senses. The staff is warm and welcoming and extremely professional. We each had massage and facials with pedicures. The pedicure is the best I have ever had and one of my team members fell asleep during her massage. Another member of my team has already gone back and booked a recurring appointment for facials. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to be pampered and treated like a queen for a day.

Cons: Parking a little tight due to construction next door
