Like being in a New York Salon

The staff is very talented and very friendly . The salon is like walking into a salon in New York and they are all down to earth its not like going to one of those other salons where you feel like you are not important.

I have been going to Pure NV now since they opened and never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend this place. Make your appointment early they all book up fast.

Seriously, Best Salon Ever

I have been to almost every single one of theses girls. I currently go to Tiffany who does an amazing job on my hair. They all do amazing jobs but i have just decided to stick with a particular stylist. I have had everything done to my hair ranging from cuts, colors, updos, and conditioning treatments and all have had excellent results every single time. No breakage, No crazy "messed up" cuts, and no one EVER being rude to me. They all know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to color and knowing what styles will work best for you. Almost my entire family goes here and I have never heard any of them complain. I recommend this place for anyone and everyone for the atmosphere is great, friendly and just all around fun. Not only the stylists deserve credit though, so does the spa department. Massages, facials, pedicures... all of them have been an awesome experience every single time. These girls are the best and I will continue going to them for as long as they do hair.

Dirty

The salon was so dirty I've never seen a salon like this. The sylist rushed through my haircut. She did not finish blowing my hair out and and the cut was terribel. She did not cut all of mhair onlyin places and did not use the thinning shears. I did not notice until I got home and looked at my hair closely. Never go here to get your hair cut It was terrible

GREAT SALON

Had a manicure pedi massage and color done for my Bday and had a wonderful expierence ...was sooooo relaxed after. Girls were very nice and did an excellent job. So glad this place is so close to my home. Will be back.

Cathy is the best!!!

Have been a cilent here for years and love this place.I come in every three weeks Amy does my hair and Cathy does my toes and nails.I have been following Cathy and Amy for 15 years and never had a problem with Cathy.I send all my friends and family to her and they also have never had a problem.I think this lady that wrote a book about her toes being in such awful shape is a little crazy!!!

Wretched pedi, worse customer service. Avoid!

Because they did not like the way in which I complained about my pedicure I was not offered anything in return for a pedicure that lasted under two days. I was also told that pedicures only last two weeks when my other pedis have lasted four to six weeks.

Live and learn. just know if you EVER have a problem here, it will not be in any way compensated for, even when it is a birthday gift, Happy birthday to me. Instead I was blamed and told how exactly I should have worded myself and that phone is better than email and that was the problem, not that my polish job was bubbly and peeled off. The customer is NEVER right here, the owner is too busy with sarcasm and feeling like he is not responsible for the workmanship of his employees.

The massage therapist here was excellent. The wax job fine. The pedicure was not to the standard I have experienced elsewhere for similar pricing and the customer service was wretched. They do not want happy clients, they want to be right and make you feel like an idiot for not being satisfied with the substandard. A lot of double talk and general bad business, better salons to be had for sure. Go at your own risk and be sure to check your pedi in better lighting than they have so you can see the bubbles, I was a late appointment, then went for sushi and they were closed by the time I realized my toes were horridly done. Also make sure you are not leaving for vacation the next day or anything because as they will tell you pedis are not supposed to last long.

I am not a complainer. Check my other reviews. I have nothing but glowing things to say about other places like Indigo Salon and Spa in Canton, Brown and Deline in Ann Arbor and VIP Nails in Riverview. All are top notch and REALLY know what a true spa pedicure is, plus they will last longer than 2 weeks. They also have good management who care about clients and their happiness. I have NEVER had an issue anywhere like I did at Pure NV, I am completely appalled by the way they handled it.

Oh and they call you if you give them a bad review and call it slanderous. I speak the truth, you are harrassing me and I will not tolerate it. I have had multiple phone calls and a mean email telling me I am a meanie because my tech is having personal issues. How am I to know that? I stand by my review, I got a bad pedi and no offer of compensation from the salon.

• Cons: Worst pedi ever, customer service is appallingly bad.

My daughter for my birthday bought me a 45 min massage and a pedicure .I was nervous about the massage and she made me so comfortable .If you need to relax this is the place to go ..Hope you try ...I am going back .Great prices

Facial

Had an AMAZING facial. I was so relaxed I started to doze off. My skin looked great after I didn't even want to put on makeup. A first for me!

I love this place for the spa services but, my stylist Holly is over at Salon Epiphany now so I go there for my hair and here for my facials with Corrinne. She's great at what she does.

Great salon and friendly staff. When in at 7:30 and even though they closed at 8 they still took me for a pedicure . Was wonderful (love the room). Found my new favorite salon. Thanks Pure NV.
