Entering the building there was a sign on the door for 25% off all pasta dishes, and 25% off the certain wines. So our party ordered many pasta dishes. I personally ordered pasta with a creme sauce and asked for it baked. It was $2.00 more for each request. When I recieved my dinner it was not baked, it was microwaved with cheese on top. No big deal, but I was not happy with the charge of $2.00 for a microwave dish. Then we recieved our bill, the prices were not changed to meet the 25% off discount . We called the watiress over and she proceded to get the manager. As the manager walked away she said to another employee "Anything for a discount" a memeber of our party heard this, and couldn't believe that she said it. Not to mention the portions were weak, and not great for Italian food. If Tirama Su does not want to run a special on there food then take the sign off the front of the building. We ordered the pasta because of the discount, and then your Manager if rude about it. Another customer was walking out of the restaurant with us and heard us complaining, she also had quite a bid of negivite comments also. First and last time at Tirama Su.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Rude manager, not very good food

Best italian dining in all of Michigan, I dont think that it can be beat. It is a pricey though. I believe that everyone should eat here, and also have a piece of their wonderful Tirami'su

We recently visited Tirami Su and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Wonderful array of choices, including many fantastic vegetarian options. Great selection of inventive meat dishes as well. Menu is nearly identical to the superlative Mezzaluna in Sterling Heights. Gorgeously vibrant main courses, well-presented and excellent in taste. Large (but not ridiculously oversized) portions. Light, bright atmosphere. Decent tiramisu as well. Overall, a lovely experience.
Pros: Great food selection, Good Value/flavor, Attractive décor
Cons: Small dining room, Bread is addictive!, Distant location

This was the worst so called Italian food I have ever had. I have travelled all over Italy and this was a disgrace. Bland, mundane "cuisine." Is there a trained chef in the kitchen? Service was ok, the food was a big let down.

The service was very good at this restaurant but the food was bland and unexciting. A pretty rotten wine list.
