We booked this florist for both shower and wedding. Order slip was mis filed and centerpieces for the shower never arrived leaving my daughter in tears without a corsage. Centerpieces were also suppose to be a prize give away leaving us hanging. The owner blamed a co worker when it was in fact her that we confirmed the order with days before. We would not chance her ruining the wedding and demanded a refund of our deposit. She granted the refund and asked that we not cash the two hundred dollar check until that friday as it would bounce!!! She offered two hundred off the wedding flowers but we lost our faith in her and felt she handled the situation very unprofessionally . Viviano's came to the rescue seven weeks before the wedding for the same price. Always go with a long-standing, experienced company.

I have been to many florists in my life, and seen what they offer. Nothing compares to Flowers by Jolie's quality, service, or price. I buy flowers from there several times a year and I am always greeted with a smile and good conversation as to which would be the perfect flowers for such and such occasion (such as Mother's Day or my sister's recital). I choose the flowers and the items I would like in the arrangement, and each and every one turns out beautifully made! All attention is paid to detail, and extras are added in, such as ribbon, free. At other florists you would have to pay for extras, but not here! In addition to the beauty of the arrangements offered, the flowers themselves are superb. I go there often and have NEVER seen a wilted, browned, or dying flower, nor has one ever been included in any boquet or arrangement I order. This is far different from any florist I have ever been too, and I have been to many ( I won't name names) in the metro detroit area. Their wedding arrangements are also very beautiful; they did my cousins wedding, and the arrangements were very professional and well-done. Last of all, I wish to inform you about the price. Where else can you get a full, custom designed boquet with all the extras (ribbons, add-ins (extra flowers), colored wrap, etc.) for only $12? And of such quality? You really should check out this place and use it for all of your floral needs. I love it; and I guarantee you will too.

Pros: Good selection, good service, good price, excellent flower quality

Cons: not a place for unusual flowers; but a place for unusual combinations of flowers

Flowers by Jolie is fantastic. I planned 2 weddings for different friends and both went through Flowers by Jolie. The service and quality of flowers were fabulous. The flowers were done just as we specified and the chair covers were in perfect condition. Thanks for all of your hard work! You truly made the weddings decor beautiful!

I ordered very specific flowers and flower holders for my centerpieces for my wedding. Not only did she not provide for the correct candle-light holders, but many of the flowers for the groomsmen were wilting by the time they arrived at the church. Furthermore, she did not provide us with the correct backdrop or entrance, AND my mother's and grandmother's flowers were not delivered to the church! they forgot them and did not even apologize!!! Jolie seemed to feel it was OK to decide on her own what to give me...totally unprofessional and unapologetic! NEVER use this place for your flowers...you might not get what you really want and be let down like I was on my wedding day :(

Cons: dying flowers, don't get right items, rude
