We are in our second year at Beacon Cove and we are very happy here. There are a ton of other marina's to choose from but, we like the people and the office and the mechanics are very friendly. The well's are nice and deep and the rules are good for those of us who wish our place to be like being on vacation. We are getting a pool this year so that is a plus. The owners seem to listen to the customers and that's always a positive thing. I think you should go and visit Beacon Cove and look at what they offer your family and make up your own mind. We have made up ours.

Here is my experience at Beacon Cove. I called a few years ago for a boat slip (a new customer) and talked to Karen, she said ok this is your slip number and all is good. The next year I upgraded to a bigger boat so I need a bigger well so I call Karen for a new well, she said ok this is your welll number all is good. Well when I go to pay for well she by accident sold it to someone else, so she gives me a new well for the same price. I liked my new new well it was across from the new children play ground. I get a phone call asking me if I would like a new well down the row to keep out of the seaweed, I looked at the new well and said sure if it is the same price as I am paying ( I do not need a bigger payment I have 2 children and 1 on the way ). I get a phone call from Karen and she said that well is $650.00 dollars more than your well and you have to pay that much now as well. I said I can not pay $650.00 dollars more, and she said you can move your boat over 1 slip and stay at your rate. Now what is that all about, I am a good customer, I pay on time I also brought in 2 other boats into the marina. So I said if I have to move my well ( the well you gave me because you sold the other one out from under me) I am going to leave this marina. So she said ok sorry good luck bye. I feel it was a lose-lose situation, I wanted to stay because I brought my parents there and they like to watch the kids while we are there. Well any way I went overto Belle Maer and they have the proper customer service over there, so I recomend anyone and everyone from beacon cove to go there. I think the mangement at Beacon Cove is below acceptable and they need to work on customer service and I hope the proper people see this message.

excellant place! Bathrooms are very well keeped up, clean. Guys in the storage building are just great..always there to help, give advice is needed, recommend if the boat is in need of service, and where to go, what should be done..I just can't say enough about them. People in Service Department, are very polite, always smiling, very eager to help out and always find the answer you are looking for. Ladies upstairs are nice, and willing to help out when needed. Great place to be, wouldn't go anywhere else.!!!!!!!!!
