I have used this store many times while living in MI. I miss it a lot. The woman who owns the store is fabulous. She special ordered things for me and I received them quickly. The women who does the framing in the back can just about frame anything. They took their time with me and showed me many different ways to frame things. I would go back in a minute. I have had many compliments on the work that I had done there. In fact, I am about to call them to get some linen for another project because I can't find anything close to their prices and quality where I live now. Worth waiting for the support and quality of product. They are one of the few stores left that is self owned and operated. I can't stand going to to the big arts and crafts stores anymore. Long live the independents.

Dont bother wasting your time trying to get help at this shop because there isnt any. I went in last week and was so aggravated after waiting 20 minutes to get help. The person working there had a friend which she talked to the whole time at a very high volume(not anything even pertaining to product ). It was just a friendly chat. LOUD!!!My mother and I were so disgusted that we decided to leave and determine to never return.I think people that have no consideration for customers dont belong as employees in a business that requires attention to the public. The economy isn't that great ....the owner should be concerned!!!!!!!!Oh well, go shop somewhere else that needs business!Tried to shop ther on October 2nd for the LAST time.

Pros: nice LOOKING shop

Cons: No one there to help
