Please read the next 6 reviews if you'd like to find out what the staff was told to write about the gym. I'm surprised they got off their butts long enough to write them. Lord knows they don't do anything for any member once you've signed up. That's where the customer service stops. Luckily, I was forewarned and only signed up for a short term membership. I'm pretty self sufficient, so I don't need the staff's help, but those who did, did not get it. I felt sorry for the other members that were made promises to and did not get the help they needed. Do yourself a favor and look for other alternatives to exercise. No matter how much money they spend on upgrades to the locker room, they should spend it on new management. Customer service starts at the top, and in this club it is nowhere to be found after you sign your binding contract. The front desk staff tries to be friendly, but they are not supported by any of the management. I feel sorry for them, too. But most of all, I feel sorry for you if you waste your money here.
