new location (address in listing is incorrect) is bright and beautiful; helpful, friendly staff, best fabric selection in the area!
Pros: excellent variety of fabric and supplies; open seven days a week

This store does not cater to new quilters or new customers in general. Poor customer service...the worst I've dealt with in a long time. Are quick to take your money but will not let you participate in the incentive program if they don't deem you a frequent shopper - the rules of their program change every time I visit. They have a good selection of items but it's not worth the hassle. Try a reputable online dealer instead. I will not be returning to this store.
Pros: bright fabrics, high quality sample quilts
Cons: ambience, customer service, unfriendly & unattentive employees
