Wonderful salmon and lamb chops. I'm a frequent fine diner and some of the presentation methods needed explanation. The server described the presentation methods to a tee without making us feel intimidated.. The sommalier- formerly of Zinc in West Bloomfield is fabulous! Breakfast was awesome. The apple french toast and turkey sausage made with cranberies is fantastic!

It's fun to enjoy a good breakfast in the ambience of the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn. My favorite is their veggie omelet with fresh orange juice, and a lesiurely cup of freshly brewed coffee. The service is generally very good and the staff attentive. Silverware is elegant too.

I have never been a such a great place. I love to go there. It makes me feel good and important. They cater to your every need.
Pros: Greatest Valet, Exceptional Service, Feel like a queen
Cons: No Smoking dinning, Sometimes crowded, Allow casual wear
