Spent over 200 for my 40th birthday. Staff was inexperienced. Massage therapist was weird. Felt completely uncomfortable. Esthetician used dripping wet warm towels that ran down my neck. Nail Tech spent more time talking about her problems than concentrating on the job she was doing. An extreme disappointment. I wouldn't recommend you spend a dime here!

My mother, sister and I decided to have "girls" day at the spa. Mystique came highly recommended by a friend. We booked our appointments, had facials, massage, manicures and pedicures. Our services we wonderful ! We loved being able to sit together , have lunch and talk about our experience. Everyone should have "girls" spa day...and this was a wonderful place to do it.

Pros: clean, professional staff, very attentive

My husband purchased an online gift certificate for me for Valentines Day. What a WONDERFUL experience! My massage therapist was very warm and friendly and listened to all of my needs. And the pedicure...the best I've ever experienced. Thanks Mystique for making me feel so special.

Website doesn't work. Can't order anything. Giant ripoff. REad this thing I tried to submit to them on their "contact us" page using their online form: "I am having a ridiculously hard time trying to order a gift certificate. Your website is confusing and errors out everytime I try to submit billing information. The tech support # I try to call says the # has been changed, then *that* number tells me the mailbox is full. I called the 313 # and there is no answer (it's 9:30pm, understandable) but there's no voicemail. I have no recourse right now and am frustrated. Please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue. Guess what? Their page bombed! I couldn't even submit my comment! And now they have my credit card! Great! I can't wait to see what charges show up!

Cons: Worthless customer service & website.

Very noisy and not conducive to relaxation. The traffic is very close to the "spa". Some parts of the "spa" have a musty smell. Unprofessional workers with limited experience.

Pros: Easy to find

For the past 3 years I've been trying different salons to find someone able to cut/color/style my hair to fit my personality. I've allowed all to perform whatever he/she felt necessary. All were mediocre at best. I allowed Erin at Mystique the same opportunity. He absolutely & without match knocked my socks off!!! It's been 6 weeks and my hair still looks fabulous!! To top it off...I'm able to style it as he did! Now that's amazing to me. I love my hair and am scheduling another appointment for next week to have it trimmed. THANK YOU!!!

I'm very dissapointed I called the salon to make an appointment and was proply put on hold and left on hold for the next ten minutes. Needless to say I won't be calling back.

My family purchased a gift certificate for my Sister this year. She has not stopped talking about what a wonderful day she had at Mystique. She felt that she was treated like a Queen. She Loved all of her services. Thank You Mystique Staff!!! For Making Her feel So Special.

As I walked into Mystique Day Spa...I immediately noticed the calm, relaxed atmosphere. I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. The service was exceptional. The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I have been to many other "high end" salons in the metro Detroit area and this was by far the BEST! The slogan is " the way you feel is about to change" and they were right...I left feeling rejuvenated and renewed...thank you Mystique Day Spa.

I used Mystique for an hour massage. The atmosphere was robust, and the therapist was very good, and courteous.
