It took me forever to find someone who would do a good job on my dogs nails, but I finally found them at VIP. He hates getting his nails done and everywhere else I would take himm he had to be muzzeled, but not here. They really know how to treat the dogs and he has never had a problem. He still hates getting his nails cut, but I can tell he likes everyone who works there! They are just absolutely great with the dogs, you can tell they really enjoy what they do and they have been doing it for a long time.

I have 4 dogs and I take them to the VIP Grooming Salon. The 3 ladies are professional groomers there and are so nice and so loving to my dogs. I have never seen my dogs so excited to go to get groomed. All 4 of them go racing in the door and up to the ladies that groom them with their tails wagging and could care less about me at that point. When I pick them up after they are groomed they are still wagging their tails and kissing the ladies as they hand them to me. I have had the dogs groomed at other salons and I have to say they never looked so happy and the grooming job that was done was never as fantastic. I see other people bring their dogs there and they are just as happy! The ladies really take special care of all of the dogs, do the nicest haircuts and are so nice to everyone that go in there. If the groomers find a problem with my dogs that I didn't know about, they make sure to tell me and I appreciate that, because I don't know as much as they do and they will tell me if I need to take them to the vet. They are very knowledgable about dogs that's for sure and it really makes me feel even more comfortable. I was nervous about leaving my dogs with just anyone,so when I first went there I only took one of my dogs, but instantlly I felt comfortable with the groomers and take all 4 of my dogs there. The salon is always clean and smells good and all the dogs I see in there are relaxed and happy. I just saw an article in the local newspaper that they are a family owned business for the past 40 years and are still going strong. Last year (2006) they were voted #1 Grooming Salon in the Wayne County and #2 in the state of Michigan. As far as I am concerned and many people I have talked to that go there... they are #1 ALL THE WAY!!! Keep up the GREAT work VIP!
