Great Place to Grab a Beer and Some Grub....FOR CHEAP!!!. Circa's is most definitely a great bar with great prices. If you're not into the pretentious club scene and just want to grab an ice cold beer and a burger, this is the place for you. The bartender is awesome, even if you haven't been there before, as soon as you walk in, you are exactly like a regular. Beer prices are awesome: $3.50 for a 1/2 pitcher of Old Style. They also have a wide selection of beers, including Schlitz, which was just brought back not too long ago ($1.50 for a longneck). Also great if you have a large gap of time in between classes at WSU to grab some lunch. So once again, if you're into the clubbing scene, this probably isn't a place for you. But, if you're into a place where you can relax, talk to patrons like you've known them forever, and not spend a fortune, then by all means stop in.…
