the service is horrible.

the lady who answered the phone was the rudest lady I ever spoke to. First she picked up the phone and hung it up. finally after the 3 time calling she answered in a matter that I was bothering her. If she dont like her job she should not be working there. . I asked her if I could book a cab for the following day she said no and hung up. RUDE...RUDE....RUDE....She would not give me her name or would not let me speak to management. So I hope the owner sees this reply so he or she can know how customers are being treated. I will never use there service and neither will any of my employees. We were using another cab company but due to business decline they will no longer be in business.I am a business man which I have 35 employees that travel on a daily basis and I am not looking for anything special. I just wanted service. I'm sure I could find somebody to provide that.
