well if anyone has an idea I would love to hear it. Last Thursday night, could not find a spot to save my life, long story short, paid a guy 15 bucks to valet my car(bad idea in Detroit I know I know). Anyways, guy gives me a 'park rite' ticket, this is completely different company!!!. So I come back to my car later that night, the attendants are GONE. my car is there but no keys, so I am stuck in Detroit at brush and Larned. So I look at my car closely(looking maybe they left the keys on the floor under the car, what did I find nothing but a HUGE scratch in the bumper. So I am awiting the Police, Police tell me I am SOL and that I have to take it up with the company. Get one of my friends to pick me up drive me to rochester pick up my spare and drove me all the way back to d-town, did not get home till past 4 am. next day I do research call the 'park rite' number and they are saying that it was not their lot!!! The guy at 'park rite' was great , real nice and happy to assist. This is the worst part go back down the next day to get my keys, and the guy goes heres another number of our corporate headquaters, so called this morning, low and behold....no answer. the overall story WTF, no posted signs of hours, noone to tell you 'hey, we close at x time...ahhhh! how do companies like this still exist?

I parked in this lot last night to go the the festival at Hart Plaza and paid an attendant $10. When I came out my truck was gone and the attendant was nowhere to be found. People told me that a tow truck was there pulling everyone out. There was a sign advising to call a number if your car is gone so I called and they told me I was illegally parked. I told them I paid their attendant but they didn't care, I had to paid $185 to get my car back at 11pm or my kids, my wife and I would have been stuck. I wouldn't recommend you park a big wheel in this lot, very unscrupulous.

We parked at the Parking facility W. of Cass and S. of Elizabeth. When we paid the attendant he told us where to park. We weren't really sure to park where he said so we asked if it was ok and he said yes. We knew we were blocking the entry way but he said it's fine. After the Tiger game let out and we went to our car, we were shocked to find a $30.00 parking violation. The parking attendant had already left for the day and the phone number on the ticket just keeps ringing. Very disappointed with this parking facility.

Cons: $30.00 Parking violation ticket.
